| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨B超引导下经皮穿刺治疗肾囊肿的疗效。方法：2004年5月至2007年10月在B超引导下穿刺注入无水乙醇硬化治疗肾囊肿89例,其中包括肾盂旁囊肿5例。结果：89例患者均穿刺成功,术后随访3个月至2年,治愈率92%（82/89）,有效率100%。结论：在B超引导下经皮穿刺注射无水乙醇硬化治疗肾囊肿,方法简便经济,疗效确切,可做为肾囊肿首选治疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective:To disscuss the curative effect of percutaneous puncture cyst of kidney to be guided by B-type ultrasonography.Method: From May,2004 to Oct.2007,We punctured and injected the dehydrated alcohol to cure cyst of kidney 89 cases to be guided by B-type ultrasonography,including parapelvie cyst 5 cases.Result: 89 cases was punctured succeed,followed-up for 3 months to 2 years after operation.The healing rate was 92%(82/89),effective was 100%.Conclusion: We treat cyst of kidney with percutaneous punctur... |
