Walker_(256)癌肉瘤实验性淋巴道转移的形态学观察

本实验通过在大鼠睾丸淋巴管内注射W_(256)瘤细胞的方法建立起肿瘤淋巴道转移模型,用光镜和电镜观察证实:肿瘤局部引流淋巴结对肿瘤细胞的扩散有阻挡作用;淋巴结内的中淋巴细胞能产生溶癌作用,这些细胞在形态上和免疫反应特点上比较符合NK细胞;淋巴细胞和组织细胞产生溶癌作用时必须与肿瘤细胞膜紧密接触。

Morphologic Observation on Cellular Host Reaction to Experimental Lymphatic Metastatic Tumor

Morphologic study on cellular reaction of the host to local lodgement of tumor cells was performed by means of intralymphatic injection of walker 256 cells into lymphatics in testicu-lar tunica of SD-rats. Paravertebral and renal lymph nodes were examined with light and electron microscopy. Bases on the observation the authors are of the following opinions. 1. Lymph nodes play an important role in the defence mechanism in sense of mechanical barrier against, at least temporary, lymphtic spread of tumor cells. A series of biologic and morphologic reaction occur as a result of irritative action of tumor cell lodgement. 2. Cells provided with cytolytic activity against metastatic tumor cells are basically lymphocytes. Ma phology and immediate appearance of the reaction of the effector cells soon after tumor cell injection are consistent with NK nature of the reacting lymphocytes. 3. Direct contact of the effector cells, both lymphocytes and histiocytes, with tumor cells are necessary in the process of cytolysis of tumor cells.
