腹腔镜胆囊切除术中胆道造影的应用体会

目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术中开展胆道造影技术和其临床价值。方法：根据病史及术前检查结果，对有胆道探查指征病人在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中行胆道造影，以明确胆道情况。结果：术中胆道造影共10例，均获成功，术中见2例胆总管扩张(约1．1cm)，未发现胆总管结石或占位。结论：术中胆道造影成功率高，显影清晰，可降低开腹胆道探查率，提高手术质量和安全。

Application Experience of Cholangiography in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective: To evaluate the technique and clinical value of cholangiography in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC). Methods: According to the disease history and the examination results before the operation, patients eligible to perform laparoscopic cholecystectomy were recruited for cholangiography to know the situation of bile duct. Results: All 10 patients of recruited for cholangiography have been performed successfully, and 2 patients of them have been found choledochus dilation (about 1. 1 cm), and noneof them found choledocholith or carcinoma. Conclusion: Cholangiography has high success rate in the laparoscopic cholecystectomy and the develop is clear,which contributes to decrease the rate of opening common explorating and to improve the quality and safety.
