住院精神病患者骨密度状况的分析研究

目的检测内蒙古精神卫生中心住院精神病患者手指骨密度(BMD),获得该地区精神病患者骨密度状况,为预防精神病患者骨质疏松提供科学依据。方法选取1191例住院精神病患者和1329例健康体检人员作为研究对象,使用M etriScaTM数字化成像骨密度仪测量受试者非优势手的2、3、4指中节指骨BMD值,进行统计分析。结果患病组骨密度降低与对照组相比有明显差异(P0.01)。两组中的女性骨密度值降低均较男性骨密度值降低明显(P0.01)。结论女性骨量丢失率较男性明显,尤其是精神病组骨密度降低更明显,应及早采取预防措施。

The study of the condition of bone mineral density of schizophrenia inpatients

Objective To investigate bone mineral density (BMD) of schizophrenia inpatients in the Inner Mongolia Mental Health Center and access BMD values of the schizophrenia inpatients of this region and provide scientific foundation for preventing osteoporosis of schizophrenia inpatients.Method 1191 schizophrenia inpatients and 1329 health examination professionals were recruited for this study.BMD values of middle phalanges of the index, middle and ring fingers in the non-dominant hand were measured by MetriSca~(Tm) digital imagery bone density meter.Then run statistic analysis with control group.Results The difference of BMD reduced rate between the experiment group and control group is significant (P < 0.01).Decreased BMD compared to normal controls was more significant in female patients than in male patients(P <0.01).Conclusion The reduction of BMD for the elderly is connected not only with sex but also with schizophrenia.Middle aged and elderly people, especially schizophrenia patients, should take healthy life style to prevent and delay the occurrence of osteoporosis.
