| 摘 要： | 目的:研究内皮抑素对人肺腺癌A549细胞增殖及周期的影响。方法:设计空白对照组及不同浓度的内皮抑素溶液作用于A549细胞,MTT比色法测定A549细胞生长的抑制率;流式细胞仪分析A549细胞增殖周期的变化。结果:内皮抑素对A549细胞具有生长抑制作用,其抑制作用呈浓度依赖性,其抑制率随药物浓度升高而增加,25μg/L时达到76.7%,实验组与对照组之间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;内皮抑素对A549细胞具有细胞周期阻滞作用,可将其阻滞于G2/M期和S期。结论:内皮抑素对人肺腺癌A549细胞的增值生长具有显著的抑制作用;并可使A549细胞增值周期停滞于G2/M期和S期,从而阻止细胞进一步增殖。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of endostar on the cell proliferation periods of human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549.Methods: A549 cells were divided into control group and endostar groups.The growth restrain rate of the A549 cells was determind by MTT,and the cell proliferation periods of the A549 cells were analyzed.Results: Endostar had obviously the function of inhibited obviously the A549 cell growth in a concentration-dependant manner,and the inhibitory rate was 76.7% when the concentration of endostar was 25 μg/L.Endostar A549 cells at G2/M and S periods.Conclusion: Endostar has obvious inhibitory effect on the growth of A549 cells at G2/M and S periods. |
