| 摘 要： | 目的了解安阳市部分中专教师心理健康状况。方法采用整群抽样对387名中专教师用SCL-90量表进行测评,问卷采取无记名形式。结果有1项或1项以上心理问题149人,检出率为38.50%。男性为28.91%,女性为43.24%。结论学校有责任和义务帮助教师更好地适应改革,促进心理健康。

| Abstract: | Objectives:To understand some teacher's psychological health status of special secondary school of Anyang.Methods: It adopts whole ones sample and go on and test and assess with SCL-90 quantity form to 387 a person of special secondary school teachers questionnaire take uninscribed forms.Results:There are one of more than 1 psychological question and 149 people,it is 38 to examine the offering rate.50%.Male is 28.91%,female is 43.24%.Conclusion:The school has responsibility and help the teacher to adapt to the reform better in free,promote the psychological health. |
