荆州市中小学教师SCL-90调查结果分析

摘    要:目的 了解荆州市中小学教师身心健康状况及特点.方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对156名初中和小学教师进行调查.结果 荆州市中小学教师的各因子分均非常显著地高于全国成人常模(P<0.01);其中女教师除在恐怖因子上得分高于男教师外,男女教师其他因子分差异无显著性;而小学教师的人际敏感性、抑郁症状两个因子分显著高于初中教师.结论 中小学教师身心健康状况欠佳,尤其是小学教师,应加强教师保健工作.

Abstract:[Objective]To learn the physical and mental health status and features of middle school and primary school teachers in Jingzhou.[Methods]SCL-90 was used to investigate 156 middle school and primary school teachers.[Results]All the factor scores of the investigated teachers were significantly higher than that of the national norm(P<0.01).No significant difference was found between different genders except the horror factor;the scores of sensitivity and depression among the primary school teachers were significantly higher than that among the middle school teachers.[Conclusion]The physical and mental health of the middle school and primary school teachers is not fine enough especially the primary school teachers;health care should be strengthened among teachers;SCL-90 needs to be emended.
