| 摘 要： | 为研究垂体ACTH细胞在胃溃疡自愈过程中的可能作用,本实验用放射免疫法测定大鼠实验性胃溃疡不同时期血浆ACTH水平的变化。结果表明,实验动物在术后6天,ACTH水平明显高于对照组,术后10天仍保持高水平。ACTH水平的升高发生于溃疡愈合期,提示ACTH在溃疡愈合中起有益的作用。

| Abstract: | The plasma ACTH levels during the experimental gastric ulcer of the rats were measured by radi-oimmunoassay, in ordet to investigate the role of corticotrophs in the healing of gastric ulcer. Theresults showed that the plasma ACTH level of experimental group rose to the highest value on thesixth day and maintained at higher level to the tenth day after the operation. Elevation of plasmaACTH concentration coincided with the period when the ulcers began repairing, which supports the ass-umption that ACTH played some beaeficial role in experimental gastric ulcer healing. |
