血必净联合乌司他丁对脓毒血症患者免疫功能的影响

目的观察血必净联合乌司他丁对脓毒血症患者免疫功能的影响。方法将225例重症肺炎患者随机分为对照组、血必净组、乌司他丁(UTI)组及血必净+UTI联合治疗组。治疗前后测定纤支镜肺灌洗液中炎症因子IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)浓度,监测血浆降钙素原(PCT)及T淋巴细胞亚群变化,评估免疫功能变化。结果治疗后与对照组相比,联合治疗组纤支镜肺灌洗液IL-6、TNF-α及血浆PCT均明显下降(P均<0.05),T细胞亚群水平明显提高(P<0.05),免疫功能改善。结论血必净联合UTI可更有效地改善脓毒血症患者免疫功能,与强力抗感染有关。

Effect of Xuebijin injection combined with Ulinastatin on immune function in patients with sepsis

Objective It is to observe the effect of Xuebijin injection combined with Ulinastatin on immune function in patients with sepsis.Methods 225 cases were randomly divided into control group,Xuebijin group,Ulinastatin group and Xuebijing and Ulinastatin combination group.The concentrations of inflammatory cytokines IL-6,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in lung lavage fluid of bronchoscopy were determined,and the changes of plasma procalcitonin(PCT) and T lymphocyte subsets were observed before and after treatment to assess the changes of immune function.Results Compared with the other groups,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-ɑin lung lavage fluid of bronchoscopy and PCT in plasm all were decreased obviously in the combination therapy group,the level of T cell subsets were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the immune function was improved.Conclusion The combination therapy of Xuebijin injection Ulinastatin can improve the immune function of patients with sepsis more effectively,which is related with its strong effect of resistance to infection.
