| 摘 要： | 临床路径作为一种全新的医疗管理模式,在国外历经了30多年的临床实践,已经成为有效保证医疗质量和降低医疗费用的一种科学方法。在我国,临床路径管理刚刚起步,但就目前的实施效果看,已初见成效,本文就临床路径的定义、国内外应用现状、实施临床路径的意义、临床路径中存在的问题及发展展望进行综述。

| Abstract: | As a kind of new medical management mode,Clinical pathway has become the effective scientific method to guarantee medical quality and reduce the medical cost in foreign country after 30 years of clinical practice.Although it has just started in domestic,clinical pathway has achieved initial success.This article describe the concept,application situation at home and abroad,the meaning of the use about it,the problem and development prospect. |
