| Abstract: | The acupuncture analgesia is one of the main efficacy of acupuncture therapy,with the development of acupuncture analgesia mechanism research,abundant literature show that 5-HT,Opioid peptide,CCK-8 are the important neurotransmitters in the central nervous that participate in the acupuncture analgesia,the neurotransmitters content change and interaction are the decisive factor of acupuncture analgesia effect,in this article the relevant literature was summarized. |
