对首发精神分裂症康复期患者实施认知行为干预的效果观察

目的 探讨对首发精神分裂症康复期患者实施认知行为干预(CBT)的效果.方法 将60例首发精神分裂症康复期患者随机分为研究组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),研究组在精神科护理常规的基础上行CBT8周.干预前后分别对两 组患者用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评定心理健康状况.结果 干预后研究组SCL-90评分较干预前明显降低,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01);治疗后研究组除偏执、精神病性外SCL-90评分低于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01).结论 CBT可提高首发精神分裂症康复期患者的心理健康水平,提高治疗依从性.

Effect of Cognitive-behavioral Therapy on Therapeatic effect of the First-episode Schizophrenic Patients during Recovery Period

Objective To explore the curative effect of CBT on therapeatic effect of the first-episode schizophrenic patients during recovery period.Methods 60 inpatients with the first-episode schizophrenia in recovery period were randumly divided into study group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).The patients in the study group were treated with routine nursing of mental department and CBT for 8 weeks.two group patients mental health status were evaluated with SCL-90.Results The study group got lower scores after intervention than before intervention,there were some significant differences(P<0.01);The study group gotlower scores after intervention than the control group after routine treatment,there were some significant differences(P<0.01) except paranoia ideation and psychoticism.Conclusion CBT may improve mental health level and the treatment compliance of the first-episode schizophrenic patients in the recoverv period.
