海洛因依赖者记忆功能的对照研究

A Controlled Study of Memory Function in Heroin Addicts

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of heroin on memory function in h eroin addicts.MethodsMemory function of thirty-six hero in addicts and thirty- six normal controls was assessed with Wechsler Memory scale-Revised in China.Re sultsThe memory quotient and the scores on such factors as picture recall,design reproduction,traction memory,story recall as well as digit span of heroin addicts were significant lower than those of control group (P<0.01).The impairment of memo ry function in heroin addicts was positively correlated with the dosage of heroi n and duration of heroin consuming through further analysis.ConclusionThere w as impairment of memory function to a greater or lesser degree in heroin addicts .
