摘    要:目的 观察冰片对大鼠不同脑区5-羟色胺(5-HT)合成及转运的影响.方法 采用5-HT合成抑制剂对氯苯基丙氨酸(p-chlorophenylalanine, p-CPA)及5-HT再摄取抑制剂氟西汀(fluoxetine)作为工具药,以观察在合用冰片后对大鼠不同脑区5-HT含量的影响.结果 单用冰片组可升高大鼠下丘脑、脑干5-HT含量,单用p-CPA或与冰片合用均可明显降低大鼠各脑区5-HT含量,单用氟西汀可明显升高大鼠脑内5-HT含量,除下丘脑外均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);氟西汀合用冰片亦可升高大鼠脑内5-HT含量,除海马外均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 冰片可升高大鼠下丘脑、脑干5-HT含量,与p-CPA、氟西汀合用后,不能改变此二者降低或升高脑内5-HT含量的作用趋势.
