喘可治注射液治疗支气管哮喘的临床对照研究

目的：观察喘可治雾化吸人治疗轻、中度持续支气管哮喘患者的疗效和安全性。方法：86例轻、中度持续支气管哮喘患者随机分为2组：试验组和对照组，试验组给予喘可治雾化吸入、每日2次。对照组给予安慰剂（0．9％氯化钠注射液）雾化吸入、每日2次。结果：试验组治疗后的肺功能、临床症状均显著改善，缓解药的使用及夜间憋醒次数减少，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：使用喘可治雾化吸入治疗轻、中度持续支气管哮喘是安全有效的。

Effects of chuankezhi injection in the control of asthma

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and the safety of Chuankezhi in the management of mild to moderate asthma. Methods： 86 patients with mild to moderate asthma were treated in a randomized, controlled study with experimental group （Chua- nkezhi atomize inhaling twice a day ） and control group （0. 9% NS atomize inhaling twice a day）. Results： The active treatment with Chuankezhi obviously improved symptoms, lung function, and reduced the use of rescue medication in the experimental group, and the frequency of waking up in the night of experimental group was significantly lower than control group. There was a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions： The treatment with Chuankezhi in patients with mild to moderate asthma should be considered as safe and effective.
