| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：High performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) was used for the determination of ribavirin in injection.METHODS：A buffer solution containing 20 mmol.L-1 disodium tetraborate and phosphoric acid (pH 6.1) was used.The applied voltage was 15 kV and UV detection wavelength was 214 nm,dexamethasone sodium phosphate was selected as internal standard.RESULTS：For ribavirin the linear range was 0.2～1.0 mg.ml-1,r=0.9997(n=5).The average recovery was 100.2% with RSD=1.4%(n=5).CONCLUSIONS：The results demonstrated the method is highly effective,less solvent consumption,simple,rapid and accurate. |
