| 摘 要： | 本研究应用电镜检测３９例风湿性心脏瓣膜病患者的心肌超微结构改变。结果显示：（１）大多数风湿性心脏瓣膜病患者存在有心肌超微结构损害；（２）心肌超微结构损害的程度与左心室长大、肥厚及左心室功能有密切关系。作者强调风湿性心脏病二尖瓣置换术应当在心肌超微结构损害之前施行。

| Abstract: | In this study,the change of myocardial ultrastructure was dotected in 39 patients with Rheumatic mitral valve desease by electronic microseope.The results showed that:(1)most of the patients had some myocardial ultrastracture damage.(2)The degree of myocardial ultrastructure damege is closely related to the degree of enlargement,hypertrophy and function of the left ventricle.According to the experimental resalts,the authors emphasize that mitrar valve replacement should be performed before the periods without myocardial ultrastructure lesions. |
