摘    要:本文综述了自2000年以来提出多维指纹图谱之后多维指纹图谱技术的发展及其在中药质量控制中的应用。就建立多维指纹图谱的一些联用技术(HPLC-DAD、HPLC-DAD-MS、HPLC-DAD-ELSD、HPLC-DAD-NMR、CE-MS、GC-MS)在多维指纹图谱研究中的优点及应用做一概述,综述了各种色谱及光谱指纹图谱联用的特点,简要阐述了国内外多维指纹图谱的研究在中药质量评价中的应用情况。本文认为多维指纹图谱能够更全面地评价中药的质量。中药指纹图谱的发展必将是多仪器、多测定方式联用的多维指纹图谱。

Abstract:This paper reviews the development of multi-dimensional fingerprint technology and the application of this technology in the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine after multi-dimensional fingerprint was put forward since 2000. The paper summarizes the advantage and application in the study of multi-dimensional fingerprint of some hyphenated techniques, such as HPLC-DAD, HPLC-DAD-MS, HPLC-DAD-ELSD, HPLC-DAD-NMR, CE-MS and GC-MS, which established multi-dimensional fingerprint. The features of the various combination between chromato-graphic fingerprints with spectroscopic fingerprints were reviewed. The application of multi-dimensional fingerprints in the quality assessment of traditional Chinese medicine at home and abroad is briefly described. This paper considers that multi-dimensional fingerprints can more comprehensively evaluate the quality of traditional Chinese medicine. The development of the fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicines will certainly be a combined multi-dimensional fingerprints with many instruments and various measure manners.
