麦默通扇形推进法旋切乳房较大良性肿块可行性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨麦默通扇形推进法旋切乳房较大良性肿块的临床可行性及安全性。方法选择2012年1月-2014年1月东莞市人民医院收治入院的乳房较大良性肿块(3-6 cm)患者200例,随机分为两组,每组各100例。观察组患者采用麦默通扇形推进法旋切乳房较大良性肿块,对照组患者采用传统常规手术治疗。比较两组患者术中、术后情况、并发症及复发情况。结果观察组患者均能用麦默通旋切系统顺利完成病灶切除术,无一例需中转行常规开放手术。观察组患者的手术时间(8.8±2.0)min]、切口长度(3.8±0.6)mm]、术中出血量(3.6±2.9)mL]、疼痛评分(3.0±1.1)分]与对照组(15.7±2.2)min、(29.7±4.5)mm、(20.2±6.1)mL、(3.8±1.2)分]比较,差异均有高度统计学意义(〈0.01)。结论乳腺麦默通旋切术能完整切除病灶,具有安全、微创﹑效果确切、术后美观的优点。

Feasibility study of Mammotome fan propulsion method for rotary of cutting breast large benign masses

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical feasibility and safety of Mammotome fan propulsion method for rotary cutting of breast large benign masses. Methods 200 cases with larger breast benign lesions (3-6 cm) treated in Peo-ple's Hospital of Dongguan City from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected. All patients were divided into two groups, each group had 100 cases. Patients in the observation group were treated by Mammotome fan propulsion method for rotary cutting of breast large benign masses. Patients in the control group were treated by traditional opera-tion treatment. The intraoperative, postoperative conditions, as well as the postoperative complications and recurrence in the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, Mammotome fan propulsion method for rotary cutting could complete lesion resection, with no need to turn to conventional open operation. The operation time (8.8±2.0) min], incision length (3.8±0.6) mm], amount of intraoperative bleeding (3.6±2.9) mL], pain score (3.0±1.1) scores] of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (15.7±2.2) min, (29.7±4.5) mm, (20.2±6.1)mL, (3.8±1.2) scores], the differences were statistically significant (P〈 0.01). Conclusion Mammotome fan propulsion method for rotary cutting can complete excision of the lesion, which has advantages of safe, minimally invasive, effective, beautiful appearance after surgery.
