精囊镜治疗严重顽固性血精围术期护理体会

目的：探讨精囊镜治疗顽固性血精患者围术期护理方法。方法选择2010年1月-2013年1月在第三军医大学第三附属医院野战外科研究所泌尿外科采用精囊镜治疗的严重顽固性血精患者42例，随机分为常规组和实验组，每组各21例；选择同期痊愈即将出院的首发血精患者21例为对照组。常规组采用常规护理，实验组采用严重顽固性血精围术期特制护理。对比分析干预前后各组心理状况调查以及对护理人员满意度、术后随访性生活的满意度。结果①实验组患者干预后对性功能障碍、无法生育、是癌症、无法痊愈、手术失败的担忧程度得分均低于干预前，且均低于常规组干预后，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。②实验组干预后SCL-90量表中强迫症状、恐怖、偏执、精神病性症状、其他得分低于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；实验组干预后SCL-90量表中强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性症状、其他得分低于常规组干预后，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。③实验组住院天数低于常规组，患者满意度和性生活满意度均高于常规组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论严重顽固性血精围术期特制护理可提高护理质量，提高疾病的恢复进度。

Perioperative nursing experience of seminal vesicle endoscopy in the treatment of severe persistent hematospermia seminal vesicle

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing experience of seminal vesicle endoscopy in the treatment of severe persistent hematospermia seminal vesicle. Methods 42 cases of severe persistent hematospermia seminal vesicle treated by seminal vesicle endoscopy in Department of Urology Surgery, Institute of Field Surgery Research, the Third Affiliated Hospital of the Third Military Medical University from January 2010 to January 2013, were selected and di-vided into convention group and experiment group with 21 cases in each group; 21 cases of hematospermia seminal vesicle recovery were chose as control group. The convention group was treated with conventional care, the experiment group was treated with severe persistent hematospermia perioperation nursing special plate. The psychological status, nursing satisfaction, sexual life satisfaction before and after the intervention were compared and analyzed. Results①The concern degree score of sexual dysfunction, unable birth, cancer, unable recovery, operation failure in experiment group after the intervention were all lower than those before intervention, and all lower than those in convention group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. ②The scores of obsessive-compulsive symptom, terror, paranoid, psychotic symptom, other index of SCL-90 scale in experiment group after the intervention were all lower than those before intervention, the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）; the scores of obsessive-compulsive symp-tom, depression, anxiety, terror, paranoid, psychotic symptom, other index of SCL-90 scale in experiment group after the intervention were all lower than those in convention group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.③The length of stay in experiment group was lower than that in convention group, nursing satisfaction, sexual life satis-faction in experiment group were all higher than those in convention group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.
