C型臂X线透视机引导下局部注射对腰椎小关节骨性关节炎的疗效分析

目的:评估C型臂X线透视机引导下局部注射治疗腰椎小关节骨性关节炎的疗效分析.方法:对120例C型臂X线透视机引导下局部注射及口服药物治疗腰椎小关节骨性关节炎随机对照、分析,其中口服布洛芬药物治疗组60例;C型臂X线透视机引导下局部注射治疗组60例,采用疼痛模拟评分法(VAS)和活动功能评分法评分.结果:口服布洛芬药物治疗组完成43例,有效率58.14%;局部注射治疗组完成52例,有效率82.69%.结论:C型臂X线透视机引导下局部注射治疗能有效的缓解腰椎小关节源性疼痛,改善腰椎活动度,是治疗腰椎小关节骨性关节炎的较好方法;疗效优于布洛芬药物治疗.

Effect of injecting triamcinolone acetonide and lidocaine to lumbar facet joint under the guidance of C-Arm X-ray medical equipment in the treatment of lumbar facet osteoarthritis

AIM: To evaluate the effect of injecting triamcinolone acetonide and lidocaine to lumbar facet joint under the guidance of C-Arm X-ray medical equipment in the treatment of lumbar facet osteoarthritis. METHODS: The cases of lumbar facet osteoarthritis (n=120) were randomly divided into 2 groups, experimental group (n=60) treated with local injection under the guidance of C-Arm X-ray medical equipment and control group (n=60) with oral administration of ibuprofen. The curative effects were evaluated by visual analogy scale (VAS) for pain and Motion Function Scale. RESULTS: The total effective rate was 82.69% in experimental group and 58.14% in control group. The former was signicantly better than the latter (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Injecting triamcinolone acetonide and lidocaine to lumbar facet joint under the guidance of C-Arm X-medical equipment can relieve the pain of lumbar facet osteoarthritis,and improve the lumbar motion. It is more effective than oral ibuprofen for the treatment of lumbar facet osteoarthritis.
