| 摘 要： | 应用MEBT治疗烧伤2229例，其中门诊接诊治疗983例，他们大多数是小面积烧伤或是经济来源受限而不愿住院的病员。被收入住院危重病人1246例。由于MEBO具有止痛作用好，抗感染力强，愈合时间快，深Ⅱ°创面愈后无疲痕或疤痕轻，小面积Ⅲ°创面不植皮可自行愈合。

| Abstract: | 2229 cases of burn were treated with MEBT. Among them 982 cases were treated inoutpatient department and 1246 cases in inpatient department MEBO showed very good analgesic andanti-infective effects. The wounds healed quickly. No scar or only very slight scar formed after heal-ing for deep second degree wounds. Small area third degree wounds healed without skin grafting. |
