| 摘 要： | 静脉穿刺拔针是护理常规操作，然而拔针不当会出现许多不良反应，笔随机选择外周静脉输液1000例次，对拔针后出现的4种不良反应（明显疼痛，出血，疼斑，皮肤破损）进行原因分析，提出护理对策并实施，明显减少了拔针后不良反应。

| Abstract: | As a routine operation in nursing, removing the venepuncture needle leads to many adverse effects. In this study, the authors chose 1000 cases of peripheral venepuncture for infusion randomly and made analysis over the 4 adverse effects, e. g. pain, bleeding, petechia and skin breakage. They based their nursing countermeasures on the analysis and therefore, reduced adverse effects of removing venepunture needle. |
