下腹脂肪堆积行肿胀吸脂术24例疗效分析

目的　探讨下腹部肿胀吸脂术的疗效与并发症的预防。方法　对 2 4例下腹部脂肪堆积症行肿胀吸脂术治疗。结果　术后随访 5个月～ 1年 ,2 4例中达到完美者 10例 ,良好 13例 ,满意率 95 .8%。结论　肿胀吸脂术是一种简单而安全有效的去脂技术 ,下腹部脂肪堆积症可门诊治疗 ,术中注意操作技巧 ,能预防和避免并发症的发生。

Analysis of Curative effect in 24 cases of underbelly fat accumulation underwent tumescent Liposuction technique

Objective To explore curative effect and prevention of complication of tumescent Liposuction technique .Methods 24 cases of underbelly fat accumulation underwent tumescent liposuction technique. Results 24 cases were followed up 5 months to 1 year after operation. 10 cases reached perfect,13 cases were good, and the satisfactory rate was 95.8%.Conclusion Tumescent liposuction technique is a simple,safe and effective technique to substract fat. Underbelly fat accumulation can be treated in out-patient department of the hospital. Taking attention to skill of operation can prevent and avoid accidence of complication during operation.
