| 摘 要： | 随着我国医疗体制改革的不断深入,越来越多的人学会在就医过程中运用法律武器来维护自身的权益。然而在临床护理中,护理纠纷、事故等现象却普遍存在。如何在工作中提高护理风险意识,建立较强的法律意识,避免护理纠纷的发生成为当前医护工作者需要迫切解决的问题。这就要求护理人员增强法律意识,规范护理行为,学会用法律维护患者和自己的合法权益。

| Abstract: | With the continuous deepening of China＇s health care system reform,more and more people have begun to use legal weapons to protect their own interests in the medical process.However,nursing disputes and accidents are still common in clinical nursing.It has become an urgent problem for health care workers to improve risk awareness and build legal consciousness to avoid nursing disputes.It is thus required that nurses enhance legal consciousness,standardize nursing behavior and learn to use the law to safeguard patients′ and their own legitimate rights and interests. |
