重型颅脑损伤并发医院获得性肺炎的原因分析与护理

目的:总结分析ICU重型颅脑损伤并发医院获得性肺炎(HAP)的原因和护理对策。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月～2011年1月ICU收治的45例重型颅脑损伤并发HAP的相关因素,并提出综合护理对策。结果:本组45例病人除因基础病况死亡9例、病人家属要求自动出院未愈5例外,其余31例均治愈。结论:ICU中重型颅脑损伤并发HAP是多因素作用的结果,护理应从多环节综合考虑,采取综合性的防控措施,可有效降低HAP的发生率,改善预后,提高治愈率。

Cause analysis and comprehensive nursing of severe craniocerebral injury patients with hospital acquired pneumonia

Objective： To analyze the cause of severe craniocerebral injury patients with hospital acquired pneumonia（HAP） and the nursing countermeasure.Methods： The related factors of 45 severe craniocerebral injure patients with hospital acquired pneumonia from 2009 to 2011 in ICU were analyzed retrospectively,and proposed the comprehensive nursing countermeasures.Results： In all 45 patients,9 patients died for its basic condition and 5 cases failed for automatic discharge,the other 31 patients were cured.Conclusion： The cause of severe craniocerebral injury patients with HAP is many factors,so the nursing should be considered in various ways,taking comprehensive control measures can reduce effectively the occurrence rate of hospital acquired pneumonia,improve the cure rate and prognosis.
