综合医院住院患者医院感染现患率调查分析

摘    要:目的:了解住院患者医院感染现状,为医院感染预防和控制工作提供科学依据。方法:采取床旁调查和查阅住院病历相结合的横断面调查方法,对2011年9月15日的住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查。结果:实查住院患者1567例,医院感染现患率为3.25%,例次感染率为3.45%,其中以综合ICU现患率最高,占17.65%。医院感染部位以下呼吸道感染居首位,占38.89%。抗菌药物使用率为43.27%。医院感染病原菌以革兰氏阴性菌为主,占68.42%。结论:应加强对高危科室的目标监测,进一步规范抗菌药物的监控和管理,提高病原学送检率,减少预防用药,降低抗菌药物的使用率,控制医院感染的发生。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the present situation of nosocomial infection(NI) in our hospital,in order to provide scientifie data for prevention and control of nosocomial infection.Methods:The method of bed-side examination and medical records checking were undertaken to investigate the prevalence of NI in the inpatients on September 15,2011.Results:1567 cases of hospitalized patients actually check,analysis revealed thet the prevalence was 3.25% and the case prevalence rate was 3.45%,and the highest NI rate was found in the emergency ICU(17.65%).The respiratory tract was the main infected site(38.89%).The antibiontic adoption rate was 43.27%.Gramnegative bacilli were rhe major pathogens in NI,of which the most common pathogens were 68.42%.Conclusion:It is recommended thar specific surveillance be conducted in departments and inpatients with high risk for nosocomial infection,enhance the rate of delivering samples,and the of antimicrobial agents should be strengthened in order to reduce drug resistance and nosocomial infection.
