糖肾康胶囊制剂治疗糖尿病肾病98例临床观察

目的:探讨糖肾康胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:将162例患者随机分为两组,两组均给予常规治疗,在常规西医治疗基础上,治疗组加用糖肾康胶囊治疗,对照组加用洛汀新治疗。两组疗程均为3个月。结果:两组患者治疗前症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组治疗后中医症状积分明显减少,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);对照组在治疗后中医症状积分与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者治疗后中医症状积分变化比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:治疗组在修复肾脏损伤,改善肾脏功能,延缓DN进展的方面是有效的。

Clinical observation on treating 98 cases of DN with Tang Shen Kang capsule

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of Tang Shen Kang capsule in treating DN.Methods: 162 cases were randomly divided into two groups;two groups were given conventional treatment,on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the treated group was given Tang Shen Kang capsule treatment,the control group was given lotensin treatment.The treatment lasted 3 months.Results: Symptom score difference between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine symptom score decreased significantly compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the control group after treatment,Chinese medicine symptom score before treatment was no significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment TCM symptom score change differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treated group in terms of repair kidney damage,improve kidney function and delay the DN progress was effective.
