上海市青浦区建筑工人艾滋病知识和行为变化及其影响因素

目的了解上海市青浦区2009和2010年建筑工人艾滋病防治知识、行为改变及其影响因素,评价近年来艾滋病项目活动效果。方法按照统一设计的调查问卷对建筑工人进行艾滋病知识和行为状况的调查。结果艾滋病知识总知晓率由2009年的75.8%上升到2010年的88.8%(P0.01);文化程度是建筑工人对艾滋病相关知识掌握程度的影响因素;知识平均得分与文化程度间存在线性关系,得分随学历的升高而增加;与妻子发生性行为时安全套使用率2010年较2009年下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),商业性行为发生比例由2009年的13.3%下降至2010年的4.3%,差异有统计学意义(P0.01),其他不安全性行为2010年均较2009年有所改善,但差异无统计学意义(P0.05);艾滋病知识得分是建筑工人与商业性伴安全套使用频率的影响因素。结论该区近年来对建筑工人开展的艾滋病防治工作取得良好成效,应进一步加强宣传教育促进其行为改变。

Changes and influencing factors of AIDS related knowledge and behaviors among building workers in Qingpu District of Shanghai Citiy

[Objective]To understand the changes and influencing factors of AIDS related knowledge and behaviors among building workers in Qingpu District in 2009 and 2010,and evaluate intervention effects of AIDS program in the recent years.[Methods]The building workers were investigated AIDS related knowledge and behaviors with the unified questionnaire.[Results] The total awareness rate of AIDS increased from 75.8% in 2009 to 88.8% in 2010.The education level was the most important factor influencing their knowledge score.There was a linear relationship between the average score of AIDS knowledge and the education level.The rate of condom use when having sex with his wife in 2010 decreased significantly,compared with that in 2009(P<0.05).The commercial sexual activities rate decreased significantly from 13.0% in 2009 to 4.3% in 2010(P<0.01).The other unsafe sexual activities in 2010 improved,compared with that in 2009,but without significant difference(P>0.05).The knowledge score was the factor influencing the frequency of condom use when having sex with FSWs.[Conclusion]The AIDS prevention and control project has made good progress among building workers in Qingpu District.It is necessary to strengthen health education to promote their behavior change in recent years.
