健康信念模式对改善再住院糖尿病患者治疗依从性的效果研究

目的:探讨健康信念模式教育对提高再住院糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响。方法:筛选在我院接受治疗的再住院糖尿病患者78例,随机分为两组,分别采取应用健康信念模式和常规健康教育方法进行健康教育,分别于教育前、教育后进行依从性评价并对比治疗效果,进行统计学分析。结果:经过健康教育干预后,两组患者的治疗依从性有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康信念模式理论指导健康教育,能促进再住院糖尿病患者主动配合治疗,提高其治疗依从性,改善其生活质量。

Study on the effect of health belief model on improving the treatment compliance of inpatients with diabetes mellitus

Objective：To study the health belief model education effects on improving treatment compliance of rehospitalization patients with diabetes.Methods： Filter in hospital for treatment of 78 cases of diabetic inpatients,divided into experimental group and control group at random,application of health belief model in health education and regular health education methods respectively,To evaluate and compare the treatment effect on compliance before and after education,for statistical analysis.Results： After health education intervention,and treatment compliance of patients with experimental group and control group differences on treatment compliance of patients with significant,statistically significant information appear（P0.05）.Conclusion： Health belief model theory to guide health education can promote active treatment of diabetic inpatients,improving treatment compliance,improve their quality of life.
