老年糖尿病患者的足部感觉测试与护理对策

目的:探讨老年糖尿病患者的足部感觉灵敏情况,并由此提出临床护理对策。方法:将2010年1月～2011年12月42例糖尿病患者列入研究组,同期非糖尿病住院患者40例列入对照组。请受试者静坐于病床上,脱掉鞋袜,双脚平置于脚凳上。分别对受试者双脚的触觉、温度感觉、关节位置感觉、振动感、痛感和压力感进行测试。结果:研究组患者各类测试无感觉率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年糖尿病患者的足部感觉明显低于非糖尿病患者,护理工作者应指导患者做好足部感觉自测,并根据测试结果有针对性的进行足部受伤预防和进行日常护理工作,以便促进足部功能的保持,延缓足部并发症的发生。

Foot sensory test and nursing countermeasures of elder patients with diabetes

Objective：To discuss the foot feeling sensitive situation of elderly patients with diabetes,and propose clinical nursing countermeasures.Methods：42 patients with diabetes were distributed into study group and 40 patients without diabetes were distributed into control group.To make all the cases sitting on the bed and taking off shoes and socks with two feet placed on the footstool.Separately testing the feet touch,temperature feeling,joint position sense,vibration sense,pain and pressure feeling.Results：The non-feeling rate of study group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Foot feeling of elderly patients with diabetes was significantly smaller than non-diabetic patients.Nurses need to instruct patients to do the foot feeling by themselves,and according to test results with targeted foot injury prevention and routine care,in order to promote the retention of foot function,delay the occurrence of foot complications.
