运动疗法和音乐干预对精神分裂症患者日常功能和生活质量的影响

目的:探讨运动疗法和音乐干预对精神分裂症患者日常功能和生活质量的影响。方法:将住院精神分裂症88例患者按住院病区分为观察组和对照组,对照组进行常规护理及药物治疗;观察组在此基础上进行运动疗法和音乐干预,共8周。应用简明精神病量表(BPRS)、生活自理能力量表(ADL)、精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS)进行评定。结果:观察组患者均能参加并完成运动疗法和音乐干预,干预前BPRS、ADL、SQLS评定两组无差异(P>0.05),干预后各量表的评定两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对住院精神分裂症患者进行正规、系统的运动疗法和音乐干预,有利于改善精神分裂症患者的病情,促进社会功能的恢复,提高日常功能及生活质量。

Effect of exercise therapy and music intervention on daily function and quality of life of schizophrenia inpatients

Objective：To explore the effect of exercise therapy and music intervention on daily funcition and quality of life of schizophrenia inpatients.Methods： Forty-four cases of schizophrenia inpatients（observation group） were received exercise therapy and music intervention for 8 weeks.They were compared with 44 cases of sohizaphrenia inpatients.Who were in the nature of a certain comparability（control group）.The both groups were accepted conventional drug therapy and health education.All inpatients were evaluated by BPRS,ADL and SQLS.Results： Each patient of observation group could join and finish the exercise therapy and music intervention.Before intervention,observation group and control group had no difference in BPRS,ADL and SQLS（P〈0.05）.After intervention,both groups were in the nature of significance difference in BPRS,ADL and SQLS（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： The regulation and systematic exercise therapy and music intervention is in favour of improving the state of illness of Schizophrenia inpatients and could promote rehabilitation of their social function.And it can improve daily function and improve the quality of life.
