非语言沟通对心肌梗死患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

目的:探讨非语言沟通对心肌梗死患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响.方法:将我院2009年12月～2011年8月收治的120例急性心肌梗死患者分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用非语言沟通,比较两组患者的护理效果.结果:两组患者护理前的焦虑、抑郁评分均显著高于国内常模(P＜0.05).护理后观察组的焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组护理后心绞痛发作次数、住院时间、并发症的发生率及病死率均显著优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:非语言沟通可改善心肌梗死患者负性心理的身心症状,减少心绞痛的发作次数,降低病死率,改善生活质量.

The effect of nonverbal communication on anxiety,depressive mood in myocardial infarction patients

Objective：To investigate the application effects of nonverbal communication on negative psychological in myocardial infarction patients.Methods：120 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients in our hospital from December 2009 to August 2011 were divided into the observation group and the control group,each group have 60 cases.The control group was given the conventional methods,while the observation group was given nonverbal communication,and two groups were compared with the nursing effect.Results：There were negative psychology between the two groups before the nursing care,anxiety,depression score in the two groups were higher than the constant modulus（P0.05）.After nursing,the anxiety,depression score in obser vation group were significantly lower than that in control group（P0.05）.The observation group nursing after angina frequency and duration of hospitalization were significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The nonverbal communication can improve negative psychosomatic symptoms in patients with myocardial infarction,decrease anginal episodes,decrease mortality and improve the quality of life.
