电话回访式健康指导对乳腺癌术后出院患者康复的影响

目的:通过电话回访式健康指导提高乳腺癌患者的遵医行为,提高患者术后对患侧肢体功能锻炼的依从性。方法:将70例乳腺癌出院患者的资料登记入册,于出院1周、1个月、3个月通过电话回访进行健康指导。结果:21例患者存在健康问题,需要接受医护人员的指导和帮助,经电话回访式指导,存在问题基本得到解决。结论:电话回访式健康指导是一种方便、高效率医疗护理服务措施,不仅提高患者的遵医行为,增强患者自信心,还有利于出院指导的进一步完善,有利于患者身心全面康复。

Telephone follow-style health guide on breast cancer rehabilitation of discharged patients

Objective：Through telephone follow-style health guidance to promote compliance behavior of patients with breast cancer and improve the postoperative functional exercise of the affected limb compliance,the right to change the face of self-image and on time to the hospital for radiation and chemotherapy,in order to physically and mentally full recovery.Methods： 70 cases of breast cancer information on patients discharged were registered in the hospital 1 week,1 month,3 months through telephone interviews for health guidance.Results： 21 patients with health problems,need medical supervision and assistance by telephone follow-style guide,the basic problem to be solved.Conclusion： Telephone follow-style health guide is a convenient,efficient health care measures,not only to promote the patient＇s compliance behavior,improve patient self-reliance,but also help to further improve the discharge guidance,help patients recover physical and psychological aspects.
