人性化护理在高龄结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者中的应用

目的:探讨人性化护理在高龄结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者中的应用效果。方法:将58例高龄结肠癌合并肠梗阻的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各29例。对照组患者采用常规护理;观察组患者在此基础上实施人性化护理以实现优质护理服务。比较两组患者并发症的发生情况及患者满意度。结果:观察组患者术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),满意情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理能明显减少高龄结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者的术后并发症,减轻患者的痛苦,提高患者对治疗及护理的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

The application of humane nursing in elderly patients with colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction patients

Objective：To explore humanistic nursing in elderly patients with colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction patients results.Methods：58 cases of senile colon carcinoma combined with intestinal obstruction patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group have 29 cases.The control group patients using clinical nursing pathway;the observation group were treated on the basis of the implementation of humanistic nursing in order to achieve high quality nursing service.Results：In the observation group,the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）,the observation group were pleased with the situation was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Humanistic nursing can significantly reduce colon carcinoma combined with intestinal obstruction in aged patients with postoperative complications,to alleviate the suffering of patients,thereby improving the patients to treatment and nursing satisfaction,it is worthy of the clinical promotion and application.
