| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨临床护理路径在预防ICU患者导管滑脱的应用效果。方法:将160例带多种管道的患者随机分为观察组88例和对照组72例。观察组按制定的管道临床护理路径进行护理,对照组按常规方法进行护理。比较两组患者管道滑脱的发生率。结果:观察组管道滑脱率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径能有效预防和减少ICU患者管道滑脱,提高重症患者抢救成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway in preventing the catheter slippage of patients in ICU.Methods：160 cases with various catheters were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group（n=88） was treaded with clinical nursing pathway,while the control group（n=72） was treaded with conventional nursing interventions.Compared two groups of patients with the incidence of catheter slippage.Results：The total effective rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference between observation group and control group in effective rate（P0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical nursing pathway can effectively prevent and reduce the rate of catheter slippage of patients in ICU and improve the rate of success in rescuing acute severe patients. |
