| 摘 要： | 目的:观察氧化锌糊包敷治疗婴儿湿疹并感染的临床疗效。方法:将102例湿疹并感染的婴儿随机分为氧化锌糊包敷治疗组55例(观察组)和3%硼酸溶液湿敷组47例(对照组),观察两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组疗效明显优于对照组,且治疗时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氧化锌包敷治疗婴儿湿疹并感染效果明显优于硼酸溶液治疗,护士操作方便,患儿痛苦小,很受患儿家属欢迎,值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical effects of layering treatment infantile eczema complicated with infection using zinc oxide paste.Methods：102 infants with eczema complicated with infection were divided randomly into 55 cases with layering treatment using zinc oxide paste（observation group）and 47 cases with intravenous therapy（control group）,then their clinical effects were observed.Results：The clinical effects of the infants in the observation group were found to be better than those in the control group,the time of therapy was shorter in the observation group compared with the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effects of layering treatment infantile eczema complicated with infection using zinc oxide paste are better than those of intravenous therapy,it is convenience for nurses to operate and less painful for infants,so it is popular with family members concerned and worthy of promotion in clinical use. |
