临床护理路径对腹腔镜下胆囊结石病人术后生存质量的影响研究

目的:探讨围手术期护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石病人的术后生存质量的影响.方法:对我院收治的328例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石病人随机分为试验组188例和对照组140例,试验组术后按临床护理路径进行护理干预,对照组围手术期行常规护理.结果:两组病人在接受护理后期HAMD,HAMA评分比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05);试验组病人出现相关并发症的比例低于对照组(P＜0.05);试验组病人对术后康复信心优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:对胆囊结石病人实施护理干预可有效降低病人心理压力,提高病人术后生存质量,改善病人预后.

Probe into the effect of climical nursing path on laparoscopic surgery cystic and calculous patients' survival quality

Objective: To explore the nursing intervention on peri-operation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in treatment of cholelithiasis in patients with postoperative quality of life.Methods:The hospital treated 328 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in treatment of cholelithiasis patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group trip around operation period nursing intervention,control group received routine nursing during operation period.Results:The two groups of patients received nursing in the late HAMD and HAMA,compard have the obvious difference(P<0.05);patients in the experimental group appeared in the percentage of complications was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05);patients in the experimental group on postoperative rehabilitation of confidence was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gallstone patients with nursing intervention can effectively reduce psychological pressure,improv survival in patients after treatment,improve the patients prognosis.
