强化健康教育对2型糖尿病病人糖代谢和自我管理的影响研究

目的:评价强化健康教育对2型糖尿病病人自我管理能力以及对血糖控制的影响.方法:将100例2型糖尿病病人随机分为干预组与对照组各50例,对照组给予常规护理干预,干预组在此基础上给予强化健康教育.采用自行设计的问卷调查表,对病人自我管理能力、血糖控制情况进行评价和统计学处理.结果:两组病人自我管理能力比较有统计学差异(P＜0.05).干预组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖控制均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:系统健康教育能有效提高2型糖尿病病人自我管理能力,从而使病人血糖得到良好控制.

Proble into the influence of strengthen health education on pattents with type 2 diabetes glucose metabolism and self- management

Objective：To evaluate the significant influence on self-management and blood glucose control of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by system health education interference.Methods：In 100 patients with type 2 diabetes medllitus disease that were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,each group have 50 cases,the control group received routien nursins,the intervention group on the basis of intensive health education.adapting the questionnaires self-designed,evaluating and statistically treating the self-management and blood glucose control.Results：Health education witnessed：self-management are generally better than before（P0.05）,blood-fasting sugar,blood glucose 2h after meal,and glycosylated hemoglobin with interentional group was better than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：System health education can effectively improve the self-management ability of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,thereby keeping blood glucose in good control.
