| 摘 要： | 目的 分析血浆置换治疗药物性肝衰竭的效果.方法 回顾性分析56例药物性肝衰竭患者的临床资料.结果 抗结核药物联合应用易出现药物性肝衰竭.血浆置换治疗能提高药物性肝衰竭的治愈率,缩短治愈患者的住院时间,且不良反应率低.结论 血浆置换能提高药物性肝囊蝎患者的治愈率,是治疗药物性肝衰竭的有效方法之一.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of plasma exchange in the treatment of the patients with drug-induced liver failure.Methods The clinical data in 56 cases of drug-induced liver failure were retrospectively analyzed.Results The anti-TB drugs combination use was prone to induce liver failure.The plasma exchange therapy could increase the cure rate of drug-induced liver failure and shorten the patient’s hospital stay with the low incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion Plasma exchange can improve the cure rate of the patients with drug-induced liver failure and is one of effective methods for treatment of drug-induced liver failure. |
