Roy适应模式在帕金森病护理中的应用

目的:探讨Roy适应模式在帕金森病护理中的应用效果.方法:选取神经内科住院治疗的84例帕金森病患者随机分为试验组(42例)和对照组(42例),观察组采用Roy适应模式中的生理、自我概念、角色功能及相互依赖4种适应模式进行整体化护理,对照组采用常规护理方法,治疗时间均为8周.治疗前后运用帕金森病的临床分级和改良的Webster评分量表对所有患者进行评定.结果:治疗后试验组的症状、体征及日常生活功能较对照组明显提高(P＜0.05).结论:运用Roy适应模式能明显提高帕金森病的治疗效果,改善患者的生存质量.

Application of the Roy adaptation model in Parkinson's disease nursing

Objective：To investigate the application effect of Roy adaptation model in Parkinson′s disease nursing.Methods：Chose neurology hospital treatment of 84 patients with Parkinson′s disease patients were randomly divided into the observation group（42 cases）and control group（42 cases）,the observation group was treated with Roy adaptation model in physiology,self concept,role function and interdependence 4 adaptation model of holistic nursing care,the control group using conventional nursing methods,treatment time was 8 weeks.Before and after treatment with Parkinson′s disease clinical grading and modified Webster score scale on all patients assessed.Results：After the treatment,the symptoms,signs and the test group of daily living function improved significantly compared with the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The use of Roy adaptation model can significantly improve the treatment of Parkinson disease effect,improve the life quality of the patients.
