目标管理在临床教师激励机制中的应用

摘    要:针对目前医院教学“重医疗、轻教育、教学积极性低、教学管理水平不高”的现状,以目标管理为手段将其引用到临床教师激励机制中,有效地激发了教师的教学积极性,保证了教学质量,提高了教学管理水平,取得了明显的效果。促进了医、教、研的协调发展。

Abstract:In view of the status of emphasis on medical treatment,neglecting education,lack of teaching positivity and low teaching management level in teaching hospital at present,MBO was applied in the incentive mechanism of clinical teachers as a means,which aroused the teachers' positivity effectively,ensured the teaching quality,improved the teaching level of management and achieved significant results. It also made our medical activities,teaching and researching develop harmoniously.
