某地区有偿献血人群TTV感染的调查

目的 了解有偿献血员人群TTV的感染情况。方法 调查有偿献血较为普遍的某地区有偿献血员家庭，并检测该人群血清抗-TTV。结果 416例被调查者中包括271例有偿献血员、21例献血员配偶及124例献血员未成年子女。416例血清中抗-TTV阳性246例，TTV总感染率为59．1％。有偿献血员、献血员配偶及献血员未成年子女抗-TTV检出率为85．2％、33．3％、6.5％。结论 该地区有偿献血员TTV感染很普遍，血传播是造成本地区TTV感染流行的根本原因，经夫妻性传播及母婴传播也在该地区非献血人群中造成TTV感染一定程度的流行。

TT Virus Infection among Paid Blood Donors in a County

Objective To evaluate the prevalence of TT virus(TTV) among paid blood donors in a county of China.Methods 271 paid blood donors and their family members from villages in a county were investigated.Antibodies against TT virus (anti TTV) were detected by ELISA in plasma samples.Results Of all the 416 plasma samples ,246(59.1%) were positive for anti TTV. 231(85.2%) were anti TTV positive in 271 paid blood donors,7(33.3%) were anti TTV positive in 21 mates of paid blood donors,8(6.5%) were anti TTV positive in 124 premature children of paid blood donors.Conclusion TTV are highly prevalent among paid blood donors in this county, blood transmission is the main cause of TTV infection, sexual transmission between paid blood donors and their mates and mother to child transmission are also important causes of TTV infection among non blood donating people in this region.
