| 摘 要： | 目的 使用口咽通气管缓解昏迷病人舌后坠，预防呼吸衰竭。方法 将口咽通气导管置于病人口腔内产加强基础护理。结果 使用前后呼吸频率有显性差异（P＜0．01），鼾声呼吸减轻，总有效率100％。结论 使用口咽通气导管可将舌体恢复正常位置，而恢复正常的气道管径，降低气道阻力，改善缺氧，反射性地降低呼吸频率。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo use orophynged airway to relieve glossocoma of coma patients so as to prevent respiratory failure.MethodsOropharynged airway was fixed in a patient's mouse andbasic nursing was enhanced.ResultsRespiratory rate and stertorous respiration rate were both significantly decreased, with effectiveness rate reaching 100% by using orophynged airway to relieve glossocoma of coma patients.ConclusionOrophynged airway helps correct the abnormal position of tongue, decrease the airway resistance and improve hypoxia so as to reduce the respiratory rate reflexly. |
