| 摘 要： | 目的 :用反相高效液相色谱法测定胃必宁片中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法 :色谱柱为Nova-PakC18,流动相为0 033mol/L磷酸二氢钾 -乙腈 (60∶40) ,检测波长为265nm。结果 :盐酸小檗碱的含量在0 32～1 6μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0 9999) ,平均回收率为98 93% (n=5) ,RSD=0 90%。结论 :本方法简便、快速 ,测定结果准确

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of berberine hydrochloride in Weibining tablets METHODS:RP-HPLC was used with Nova-Pak C18 column as stationary phase The mobile phase was 0 033mol/L postassium dihydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile(60∶40) The UV detection wavelength was 265nm RESULTS:There was a good liner relationship within the concentration range of 0 32～1 6μg/ml of berberine hydrochloride(r=0 9 999) The average recovery was 99 07%(n=5,RSD=0 85%) CONCLUSION:This method is simple,fast and accurate |
