| 摘 要： | 目的观察辛伐他汀联合替米沙坦对阵发性心房颤动（房颤）患者的治疗疗效。方法选择阵发性房颤复律后患者58例,随机分成三组,联合替米沙坦组22例给予替米沙坦＋辛伐他汀治疗,辛伐他汀组18例口服辛伐他汀治疗,对照组18例仅给予常规治疗,随访1年,观察心房颤动转复窦性心律后1年房颤复发率,结果治疗后,联合替米沙坦组患者心房颤动的复发率明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论辛伐他汀联合替米沙坦治疗可以减少阵发性房颤的复发。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the Curative effect of simvastatin and Telmisartan on recurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods 58 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into three groups,Combined with Telmisartan group 22 cases(treated with Telmisartan and simvastatin).Simvastatin group18case(treated with simvastatin).Control group18case(treated with the conventional).After 1 year follow-up,observe the recurrence rate of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation before and after treatment.Results After treatment,recurrence rate of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation of Combined with Telmisartan group is significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Simvastatin and Telmisartan may reduce recurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. |
