| 摘 要： | 目的评价液基细胞薄膜制片技术在宫颈癌中的临床应用价值。方法564例被检测者取材均为满意，按照国际TBS分类标准分类。结果检出异常结果22例，其中不能明确意义的非典型鳞状上皮细胞15例，不能排除高度病变的非典型鳞状上皮细胞3例，低度鳞状上皮内病变4例，宫颈癌0例。结论液基细胞学检测技术对宫颈癌的防治有积极作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical application of thinprep cytologic test （TCT） in the cervical cancer. Methods 564 cases had been detected based on satisfaction with the classification in accordance with international standard classification of TBS. Results 22 cases showed abnormal results, of which could not clear the significance of atypical squamous cells（ ASC - US） 15 cases,lesions could not be ruled out a high degree of atypical squamous cells （ ASC - H） 3 cases, low - grade squamous intraepithelial cell lesions （ LSIL）4 case. Conclusion Liquid - based cytology plays a positive role in the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer. |
