乳腺局部加压放大摄影在临床中的应用

目的探讨局部加压放大摄影在乳腺X线检查中的应用。方法73例乳腺疾病患者在常规摄取头尾位、内外斜位片后，采用局部加压放大摄影或局部加压摄影技术。结果良性病变63例，其中纤维腺瘤24例，乳腺囊肿18例，导管内乳头状瘤2例，乳腺增生19例；乳腺癌10例，其中小乳癌3例，早期乳腺癌1例。结论乳腺局部加压放大摄影结合全数字化乳腺摄影的后处理功能，能够清楚显示乳腺疾病的微小结构，从而提高乳腺疾病的诊断率及鉴别诊断率。

CHnical application of breast partial pressure amplification of photography

Objective To assess the application of magnification mammography in the breast disease. Methods Seventy - three cases of breast tumor confirmed by operation and pathology were studied with magnification mammography ＇after general nmmmography（ CC view and MLO view）. Results There were 63 benigh breast cases including 24 cases of breast fibroadenoma, 18 cases of breast cysts, 2 cases of breast intraductal papillomatosis and 19 cases of breast cysitic hyperplasia; and 10 breast cancer cases including 3 breast micro small cancer cases and 1 early stage breast cancer case. Conclusion The magnification mammography plays an important role in impro,Jing diagnostic accuracy of the breast disease.
