不典型脑干梗死的临床和MRI分析

目的探讨不典型脑干梗死的临床表现及影像学特点，提高对本病诊断的正确率。方法回顾性研究30例脑干梗死患者的临床表现，并结合头颅MRI表现进行分析。结果脑干梗死临床表现多样，偏身运动障碍、构音障碍、饮水呛咳是脑干梗死临床常见的症状和体征。结论交叉性瘫痪并不是脑干梗死唯一的临床体征，头颅MRI检查是诊断脑干梗死最简便、快捷的方法。

Analysis on clinical manifestations and features of MRI of atypical brainstem infarction

Objective By investigating the clinical manifestations and the features of imaging examination of atypical brainstem infarction, to improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods To study the clinical manifestations in 30 cases of brainstem infarction retrospectively, and to analyze the clinical manifestations combined with the corresponding features of magnetic resonance imaging （MRI）. Results There were various clinical manifestations in brainstem infarction. The common symptoms and signs in clinic were partial body movement disorder, dysarthria and wet cough. Condusion Crossed paralysis is not the unique clinical sign in brainstem infarction. The cranial MRI examination is the most simple and fastest way to diagnose the brainstem infarction.
