红外线联合药物治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

目的 观察红外线联合药物治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法将72例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组36例，采用药物治疗的同时加用红外线局部照射；对照组36例，采用单纯药物治疗，观察两组疗效进行对比。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论 红外线存带状疱疹的治疗中能促进渗出吸收，水疱干涸、结痂、消炎、缓解神经疼痛．提高了治愈率，缩短了病程。同时可降低疱疹后遗神经痛的发生率。

Therapevpie effects of infrared ray combined with drug on patients with herpes zoster

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of infrared ray combined with drug on patients with herpes zoster. Methods The 72 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups, the patients in therapy group were treated by infrared ray combined with drag and the patients in comparable groap were treated by drug only. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and contrasted Results There was significant difference between the lwu groups uH Ihe therupentic effects （ P 〈0.01）. Patients in the therapy group has better therapeutic effects. Conclusion Infrared ray can significantly promote absorption of exfiltration, hlisters dry up, scar, dephlogisticate, ease neuralgia, raise the cure rete and shorten the conrse of disease during the treatment of herpes zoster,meanwhile it can reduce the inciednce of postherpetic neuralgia.
